harvey · by f13i labs by invitation

A deal desk in your Slack. Every quote above your floor.

Reps ask harvey for a price, a discount, or contract wording, and get an answer in seconds that follows your pricing rules. Anything outside them goes to your approver with one click to approve or reject, and every decision becomes the precedent for the next deal.

The problem

Every deal gets priced from scratch.

A buyer pushes back and the rep discounts on instinct, because the rules live in one person's head or a spreadsheet nobody opens. Approvals wait on whoever is free. The same exception gets argued three times in a quarter.

Each discount looks small. Together they set your real price, and it's lower than the one on your pricing page.

How it works

Your rules, in the channel where deals happen.

  1. Your playbook goes in.Price list, floors, discount bands, what you give in return for a discount, and the contract wording you'll accept. If you've done the pricing work with me, it's already written.
  2. Reps ask in Slack.harvey answers inside the rules. The price math is calculated, not guessed by a model, so a quote can't drop below your floor.
  3. Exceptions go to a person.Out-of-policy asks go to your approver, who approves or rejects in one click. The decision is saved, so the next rep with the same ask gets the same answer.
What you get

Fewer discounts, faster approvals, the same answer twice.

Questions

Before you ask.

Does it replace our CPQ?

No. harvey sits in Slack, where reps ask the questions, and gives the answer your rules allow. The quote still goes out through whatever you use today.

Who approves exceptions?

Someone on your team you name, usually the CRO or head of RevOps. harvey never approves an exception on its own.

What if we don't have a pricing playbook yet?

Then that's the first job. The Monetization Partner program writes it, and harvey runs on it from day one.

What does it cost?

$2,500/mo per agent. All three: $6,000/mo (20% off). Monthly, cancel anytime. One-time setup: $2,500, waived for Monetization Partner clients. Includes up to 10 competitors and my weekly check.

Why not just ask Claude or ChatGPT?

Anyone can build the bot. What it knows is the hard part. Each agent runs on my playbook from pricing 17 products at Grafana Labs, tuned on your deals every week.
